My job sucks!!!!! I can't wait until they find a permanent person for my position so i can stop dreading going to work everyday! I actually kinda like doing the actual work but my boss is certifiably insane. She makes me hate going everyday. It's just really stressful when you know however hard you try she's gonna go out of her way to find something wrong with it. Her expectations from the beginning have been ludicrous. Anyway I'm just biding my time and letting her shit roll off my back until they say I don't have to come back any more.
I'm doin well with getting back into music. I'm about halfway through my piano learning book, which is getting harder but I'm hoping by the summer I'll have it done and be able to play full songs. Also, I've been talkin to my buddy Ken, who's living in Cali right now producing music and stuff, and he's agreed to help me out and listen to some of my stuff. He's also starting a project he calls a musical "quilt," combining all forms of art from multiple artists and musicians and "stitching" them together for one glorious masterpiece. He's asked me to be a part of it and i am insanely pumped about that. I've already got some ideas stewin about and i think we'll be collaboratin on it. All in all I'm pumped to be takin a step in the right direction towards my passion.
Also music related, I don't expect anyone to be into it but if you wanna experience something new I highly suggest an artist named Nusrat Fateh Ali-Kahn. He actually passed away a few years ago, but he was a singer from Pakistan, and it is Pakistani music, but it's geniously done and he has one of the greatest voices of all time. I think a good intro to him would be a song called "mustt mustt." I just downloaded one of his albums and I've really enjoyed it.
Anyway I think I've rambled enough for tonight. Now for the season finale of Sober House!!
